Waltham Abbey Community Hub

Our Waltham Abbey Hub aims to provide residents access to a range of services.

The partnership service at our Waltham Abbey Hub gives you access to Citizens Advice, Community mental health support, as well as support from the DWP, the Council’s Revenue and Benefits team and a Qualis team member for your housing repairs/gas servicing queries.

This one stop shop runs every Tuesday at the Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre and can help you find a way forward with your worries in a supportive and confidential environment.

We are here to share the burden of any issues you may have. By dealing with the problem head on, you can see just how helpful free, impartial advice can be. We can help you find a way forward, no matter how difficult your situation might feel.

We offer an initial conversation with people who come to the Hub and can arrange a confidential appointment if further help is needed.

Just call in on a Tuesday between 9.30am and 12.30pm to speak to one of our Volunteer Advice Assistants.

You can visit as often as you need to find a way forward. We look forward to seeing you there.
