You can find us there on a Thursday between 10.00am and 2.00pm to speak to one of our Volunteer Advice Assistants.
Citizens Advice Epping Forest offer initial conversations with people who come to the Hub and can arrange a confidential appointment if further help is needed
Our advisers offer free, impartial, confidential advice on all types of issues including debt and money, housing, benefits, immigration and employment concerns.
We work alongside a range of community partners in the Hub, this is a great resource for local residents to access the support they need.
