We can help you find a way forward, no matter how difficult your situation might feel.
Our Volunteer Advice Assistants do not give advice, they aim to provide residents with access to our services if they are unable to do so themselves by phone or email. They offer an initial conversation with people who drop by and can arrange for contact from an experienced, trained adviser if further help is needed.

Loughton Library every Wednesday from 10.00am -12.00pm.
Other Library locations will be added soon.
Noah’s Ark Community Pantry, St Elsabeth’s Hall, Chesnut Ave, Buckhurst Hill, IG9 6FD - 10.00am - 12.00pm on 15th April, 5th May & 2nd June
Volunteer Advice Assistants also provide support at the Community Hubs at Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre every Tuesday 9.30 - 12.30pm & Epping Civic offices every Thursday 10.00am - 2.00pm
